Provision of Package of Services to include Event Management Services and Catering Services for the conduct of two batches Information Caravan in Samar and Leyte for the promotion and advertising of DA-s programs and projects on Decem 22 and 29, 2025, respectively

1. Facilitates the conduct of the caravan in the locations identified by the end-user, which will cover one whole day for each location excluding ingress and egress.
2. Provides the printing and production of promotional and other IEC materials for each location. Designs will be based on the concept of the end-user. As such, design and layout for all promotional materials will be approved by DA-AFID.
3. Provides the following requirements for the conduct of each Information Caravan:
