  1 The winning bidder shall provide the spacious and air-conditioned venue, sound system, free flowing water, and coffee for the entire duration;
  2 Food must be serve on time;
  3 The winning bidder must provide all the utensils needed and remove immediatelt all utensils every after meals;
  4 Submit snapshot of business bank account to effect payment;
  5 Incase of confirmed findings that the food served is the cause of any food borne related health problem of the attending participants
  6 The registered owner shall be held liable in accordance to existing law.
