1. The winning bidder shall provide the venue and sound system and free flowing coffee for the entire duration.
2. Food must be served on time.
3. The winning bidder must provide all the utensils needed and remove immediately all utensils every after meals.
4. In case of confirmed findings that the food served is the cause of any food borned related health problems of attending participants the owner of the catering services should be liable in accordance to the existing law.
5. Submit snapshots of business bank account to effect payment.
