A. During the opening of bids, bidders shall:
1. Submit Certificate of Project Site Inspection issued by the authorized representative of DA or Affidavit of Site Inspection;
2. Submit List of completed waterproofing projects/contracts with Certificate of Final Acceptance.
3. Submit the Certificate of Warranty not less than 2 years upon completion and acceptance of the project.
B. All participating bidders must comply with Section B of DWPH D.O. 30 series of 2025, particularly in the computation of Indirect Cost of the bid amount.
C. During Post-Qualification Evaluation; the bidder shall submit:
1. In case of the recomputed bid, bidder shall submit its revised Cost Estimates
2. PERT/CPM and S-Curve with Cash Flow
