5. Deliver feeds not beyond two (2) months from manufacturing date;
6. Facilitate the validation test analysis at DA-RFO8 FCAL prior to delivery schedule;
7. Inform the end-user at least seven (7) working days before the scheduled date of delivery;
8. Abide with the right of the DA to reject and request replacement of non-compliant to specifications;
