Minimum Specifications:
a. Rhizome should be matured (10 months old), dry, clean and free from soil particles and other inert materials;
b. Rhizome should be disinfected by washing water with sodium hypoclorite prepared at 1 drop of 30% sodium hypoclorite per 3.8 liters water;
c. Planting materials must be packed in wooden crates at 25 kg capacity.

A Winning bidder shall:
1. Deliver the planting materials within forty five (45) calendar days and based on the specified Drop-off Points upon receipt of Purchase Order (SEE SEPARATE DISTRIBUTION LIST);
2. Deliver the planting materials with 5% allowance for mortality;
3. Ensure the proper handling of planting materials such as placing on a wooden/plastic crates during the transport to minimize mortality;
4. Inform the end-user at least seven (7) working days before the scheduled date of delivery;
