1 Items must conform with the specifications;
2 Contractor must replace and use genuine and brand new parts/ accessories and return the waste material to DA thru authorized representative;
3 With free installations of vehicle parts;
4 Repaired vehicle is subject to inspection, evaluation and testing correpsonding to the required scope of work/ services;
5 Payment shall be made after complete delivery, inspection, acceptance and necessary document required for the process of payment;
6 Winning bidder shall submit a snapshot of LBP savings account to effect payment;
7 Must have 30 days to complete delivery after receipt of PO/JO;
8 Delayed Delivery of items will be subjected to liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the contract price per day of undelivered item/portion;
9 Supplier shall be required to indicate the date of receipt of PO/JO;
10 Processing of payment shall commence after inspection, acceptance and testing of items by the end user.
