1. Participating bidders on items more than Php 50,000 must submits its PhilGEPS Registration.
2. Deliver brand new items; expiration date must be 2 years upon delivery.
3. Bid price must be fixed/final and preferably not Cash on Delivery;
4. Deliver at DA-Regional Crop Protection Center 8, Plant Quarantine Compound, Jones Street. Tacloban City
5. Must have (15) days to complete delivery after receipts of PO/JO;
6. Deliver items is subjected to inspection, evaluation and testing if applicable corresponding to the required specifications;
7. "Delayed delivery of items will be subjected to liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the contract price per day of delay or
undelivered item/portion."
