A. During the Openning of bids, bidder shall submit:
1. Submit duly notarized affidavit of stocks sufficiency;
2. FPA license (Importer/Distributor/Dealer/Processor/Manufacturer, etc.)
3. Submit certificate of analysis from the source.
B. Winning bidder shall:
1. Deliver genuine and unadulterated products;
2. Present updated laboratory fertilizer test and certificate of analysis;
3. Provide additional 1 bag of fertilizer for the conduct of sampling and laboratory analysis upon delivery;
4. Notify the DA-RFO8 and GSS prior to the delivery to prioretize the sheduling/conduct of inspection of the inspectorate team;
5. Shoulder the cost of random sampling and laboratory analysis of the fertilizers which shall be conducted by the FPA upon delivery;
6. Deliver the item to deisgnated drop off points within 30 calendar day upon receipt of NTP;
