1 Participating bidders on items more than Php 50,000.00 must submits its PhilGEPS Registration
10 Payment shall be made thru DA (Advice Debit Account) as such, Supplier shall submits snapshots of its bank account (Preferably LBP or any commercial bank) to effect payment.
2 Deliver brand new items
3 Bid price must be fixed/final and preferably not cash on delivery;
4 Deliver at DA-RCPC 8, ILD Building Magsaysay Blvd., Tacloban City
5 Must have 30 days to complete delivery after receipts of PO/JO
6 Deliver items is subjected to inspection, evaluation and testing if applicable corresponding to the required specifications
7 Delayed delivery of items will be subjected to liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the contract price per day of delay or undelivered item/portion.
8 Supplier shall be required to indicate the data receipts of PO/JO
9 Processing of payment shall commence after inspection, acceptance and receipts of items by the end user;
