2 Winning bidder must deliver the items to Babatngon Experiment Station, Brgy. Bagong Silang, Babatngon, Leyte.
3 Winning bidder must deliver the items 30 days after receipt of PO; otherwise a deduction of 1/10 of 1% per day of delay shall be imposed.
4 Processing of payment shall be made after inspection by authorized inspector, acceptance of the service provided upon completion of all documentary requirements.
5 Winning bidder shall submit a snapshot of LBP savings account to effect payment.
