A. 1. Winning bidder must follow the given specifications.
2. Winning bidder must deliver the items to Babatngon Experiment Station, Brgy. Bagong Silang, Babatngon, Leyte.
3. Winning bidder must deliver the items 30 days after receipt of PO; otherwise a deduction of 1/10 of 1% per day of delay shall be imposed.
4. Processing of payment shall be made after inspection by authorized inspector, acceptance of the service provided upon completion of all documentary requirements.
5. Winning bidder shall submit a snapshot of LBP savings account to effect payment.
B. For In-organic Fertilizers:
1. Certificate of analysis from the manufacturer
2. License to operate from the FPA.
