1. Winning Supplier shall receive the Purchase Order (PO) by affixing signature above its printed name and indicate date of receipt thereof;
10. DA RFO 8 adopts LDDAP to proceed payment, as such, Contractor is required to submit a snapshot of its savings account preferably an LBP account.
2. Supplier must deliver the items based on the prescribed specifications in the Purchase Order.
3. Supplier must guaranty the provision of at least 6 month to 1 year warranty period for the items purchased and delivered.
4. Supplier must be PhilGEPS registered.
5. Supplier must deliver the items to DA-RFO 8, Kanhuraw Hill, Tacloban City.
6. Supplier must deliver the items 15 days after receipt of P.O.
7. Supplier must shoulder the expenses/costs of delivery, installation of the unit and testing of equipment/device.
