1. Winning bidder must follow the given specifications.
2 The item must be delivered within fifteen (15) days after having received the Purchase Order, otherwise a deduction of 1/10 of 1% per day of delay shall be imposed.
3 Deliver the items to Babatngon Experiment Station (BES).
4 Processing of payment shall be made after the inspection of authorized inspector and uipon completion of all documentary requirements.
5 Must be placed in a durable container.
6 Winning bidder shall provide a snapshot of Landbank Account to effect payment.
