A The winning bidder shall:
1 Deliver the seeds free from weevil and other pests;
2 Provide copy of BPI-NSQCS laboratory result;
3 Notify the DA-RFO 8's Program Coordinator, Regional Seed Coordinator, and GSS one (1) week prior to the delivery;
4 Deliver seeds within 30 calendar days after receipt of NTP to Babatngon Experiment Station, Babatngon, Leyte
5 Shall conform to any changes in the delivery schedule due to unforeseen circumstances;
6 Be responsible for the handling and delivery costs to the specified drop-off points;
