1 Deliver the items within 30 Calendar Days after receipt of Purchase Order;
2 Deliver the items to the identified drop-off points (see attached document);
3 Notify the DA-RFO 8's Program Coordinator, Regional Seeds Coordinator, End-user, and GSS one (1) week prior to the delivery
4 Be responsible for the handling and delivery costs to the specified drop-off point;
5 Conform upon notice to any changes in the delivery schedule due to unforeseen circumstances;
