Winning Bidder Shall:
1. Deliver items as specified with at least two (2) years expiry date after delivery.
2. Deliver items at San Miguel Experiment Station, Brgy. Caraycaray, San Miguel, Leyte within twenty (20) calendar days upon receipt of Purchased Order.
3. Winning bidder must inform the end-user seven days (7) working days before the scheduled date of delivery.
4. Any delay of delivery item shall be subjected to liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the contract price per day of delay.
