a. Deliver the item based on the specification required
b. Deliver the item to SJES-Gandara Satellite Station
c. Deliver the item within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order/Contract, Otherwise a deduction of 1/10 of 1% per day of delay shall be inposed
d. Processing of payment shall commer after receipt inspection, acceptance and receipt of items by the end user
e. Payment shall be made thru ADA(Advice Debut Account ) such as, supplier shall submit snapshot of its bank (Preferably LBP or Coomercial Bank) to effect payment.
