2. BAI Registration of Transport Carrier
B. Winning bidder shall:
1. Abide with the selection and pre-inspection to be done on the farm by DA representative before the actual date of delivery;
2. Source out the animals that are not from declared AI infected areas;
3. Winning bidder must follow the given specifications.
3. Deliver the animals at 10 birds per crate, must be free from physical deformities and abnormalities; must deliver the animals to DA-San Miguel Experiment Station with in 45 days after receipt of P.O.
4. Submit Veterinary Health Certificate signed by farm veterinarian and concurred by LGU or DA-RFO 8 veterinarian;
