A During the opening of quotation, bidder shall submit:
1. BAI Livestock Handler's License;
2. BAI Registration of Transport Carrier;
3. Notarized Affidavit of Stock Sufficiency from the source (at least 50% on-hand and the remaining 50% within the delivery period).
B Winning bidder shall:
1. Abide with the selection and pre-inspection to be done on the farm by DA representative before the actual date of delivery.
2. Deliver the animals which are free from physical deformities and abnormalities.
