A. Winning Bidder shall submit:
1. BAI Certificate of Feed Product Registartion.
2. Certficate of analysis ( CP, moisture and aflatoxin test result ).
3. BAI License to Operate if Feed Mill and /or BAI license to Operate as supplier/retailer/dealer
B. Winning Bidder Shall:
1. Deliver the feeds not beyond two (2) months from manufacturing date.
2. Deliver feeds must free from insects and contaminants.
3. Store the feeds in one area/warehouse and facilitate the validation test Analysis of DA RFO 08 FCAL prior to delivery schedule
4. Deliver the items 10 days upon receipt of P.O at AES-SOGOD Satellite Station, Kahupian Sogod, So. Leyte
5. Inform the end - user at least ( 3 ) working days before the Schedule date of delivery
