2. Supplier must deliver the item based on the prescribed specification in the PO.
3. Supplier must deliver items with an expiration period of at least 2 years on the day of delivery.
4. Supplier must deliver the items to San Miguel Experiment Station, Brgy. Caraycaray, San Miguel, Leyte.
5. Supplier must deliver the items 12 days after receipt of P.O.
