2 Winnning bidder must deliver the items to DA RFO 08/SMES-Malitbog Satellite Station.
3 Winning bidder must deliver the items 15 days after the reciept of P.O., otherwise a deduction of 1% of 1/10 per day shall be imposed.
4 Processing of payment shall be made after inspection by an authorized inspector and acceptance of the service provided.
5 Winning bidder must submit LBP snapshot account.
