A 1. Submit duly notarized affidavit of stock suffiency;
2. Bidder/s may indicate the brand that they offered;
3. Deliver new items to Abuyog Experiment Station, Abuyog, Leyte
4. Deliver the items 30 Calendar days upon receipt of NTP;
5. Inform the End user one (1) week before the delivery schedule;
6. Present sample of items to the end user before the delivery;
7.Deliver the items as specified in the PO;

B Any delay of delivery of the item shall be subjected to liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the contract price per day of delay of the undelivered items;
C Payment shall be made after complete delivery, inspection, acceptance and submission of all necessary documents required for the processing of the payment;
D Winning bidder shall submit a snapshot of a business bank account (preferably Landbank) to effect payment.
