B Winning bidders shall:
1. Submit duly notarized affidavit of stock availability;
2. Deliver the planting materials to the designated drop-off points (see attached)
3. Deliver the items 30 calendar days upon receipt of PO;
4. The allowance for mortality rate of atleast 5% shall be applied;
5. Notify the DA-RFO8's Program Coordinator-Regional Seed Coordinator, one (1) week prior to the delivery
