The winning bidder shall:
1 BAI Certificate of Feedd Product Registration and Veterinary Drug and Product (VDAP) Registration/LTO for Biologics
2 BAI License to Operate if Feed Mill and /BAI License to Operate as supplier/retailer/dealer
3. Feeds to be delivered should not beyond two (2) monthsfrom its manufacturing date.
4 Deliver feeds must be free from insects and contaminants
5 Deliver the feeds at Brgy. Binibihan, Carigara, Leyte based on the delievry schedule.
6 Infrom the end user at least three (3) working days before the schedule date of delivery.
7 Abide with the right of the DA/End-user to reject and replace of non-compliant to specifications within seven (7) daysafter delivery.
8 Any delay of item shall be sucjected to liquated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the price contract per day of delay of the undelivered items
