Winning bidder shall:
1. Submit FPA License (Importer/Distributor/Dealer/Processor/Manufacturee, etc.; & FPA Product Registration for item no. 2.
2. Deliver genuine and unadulterated products.
3. Deliver items at the Abuyog Experiment Station, Abuyog, Leyte within 20 calendar days after receipt of PO.
4. Be responsible for the transportation cost including freight and handling (loading, unloading, piling, etc.) from point of origin to the specified drop-off points.
5. Be responsible for all necessary taxes, stamps, licenses, fees, and other incidental expenses for the completion of the contract.
6. Notify the End-user seven (7) calendar days prior to the delivery to prioritized the scheduling for the conduct of inspection.
7. Any delay of delivery of item shall be subjected to liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the contract price per day of delay the undelivered items.
8. Payment shall be processed after complete delivery, inspection, and submission of all necessary documents....
