The winning bidder shall:
1. Submit Laboratory Analysis Result & Certificate of Stock Availability of the Organic Fertilizer.
2. Deliver the Organic Fertilizer within FIFTEEN (15) CALENDAR DAYS upon receipt of P.O. to the drop-off points (refer to the attached drop-off points).
3. Shoulder the cost of freight and handling of the fertilizer to the drop-off points.
4. Be responsible for all necessary taxes, stamps, license, fees and other expenses imposed for the completion of the contract.
5. Supplier must notify the Corn Program Management Unit and General Services Section one (1) week prior to delivery.
6. Submit snapshot (copy) of business bank account preferably Land bank for payment.
