A. During the opening of bids, the bidder shall include in their technical document the following:
1. Duly notarized Certificate of Stock Availability suppliers/ source origin.
2. Bureau of Agriculture & Product Standard (BAFS) / Fertilizer & Pesticides Authority (FPA) product registration.
3. License to operate from BAFS/ FPA
4. Submit quality control and laboratory analysis results with picture of the product and appropriate labeling with directions on the proper use of the bio-fertilizer.

B. Winning Supplier shall:
1. Deliver the bio-fertilizer with shelf-life minimum of 8 months, clearly stated production and expiration dates per pack.
