2. Deliver the items 15 calendar days upon of P.O., otherwise a deduction of 1/10% per of delay shall be imposed at the DA-RFO 8, Tacloban City.
3. Deliver items to DA - RFO8, GSS Office, Tacloban City.
4. Submit snapshot of LandBank business account, preferably, to effect payment.
Processing of payment shall commence after submission of required documents, inspection, acceptance and receipt of the items by the end-user.
