A. During the opening of bids, bidder shall submit:
1. OCCP/BAFS Registration;
B. Winning bidder shall:
"1.Deliver genuine and unaltered products;
2. Deliver the items within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order to the Abuyog Experiment Station, Brgy. Balinsasayao, Abuyog Leyte;
3. Be responsible for the transportation cost including freight and handling (loading, unloading, piling, etc.) from point of origin;
4. Submit authorization allowing the inspectorate team to get a composite sample following the FPA standard sampling procedure;
5. Shoulder the cost of random sampling and laboratory analysis of the fertilizers which shall be conducted by the RSL upon delivery;
