Description : The National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office No. 1, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Two Million Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Pesos & 51/100 (Php 92,719,360.51) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Suyo-Tagudin-Sta.Cruz NIS (Phase 2) located in Suyo, Ilocos Sur with Contract Number R1-ISIMO-2025-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office No. 1 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required, Three Hundred Sixty (360) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
