1. The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), through the OJ6 SPAPs intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Pesos (PhP2,774,830.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Sustainment of Zimbra E-mail License Software. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
