The Municipality of Badoc through the General Fund 2025 (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (5,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Sustaining the Implementation of Privatized Segregated Collection of Solid , Waste, Production of Compost and Provision of Assistance in the Management and Operation of the Level 1 Sanitary Landfill in the Municipality of Badoc, Ilocos Norte”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
