FOR

THE SURVEYING OF GOVERNMENT ACQUIRED PROPERTIES

I. PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE

All acquired government properties are properly documented and surveyed so that ownership and title is transferred to the name of the Local Government of Calabanga safeguarding both the ownership and monetary investment and protecting them from any future conflict and litigation that may arise in the future.

II. SCOPE

a. Subdivision survey into 3 lots of Lot 10237, located in San Roque, Calabanga in the name of Hrs. of Gregorio Gacer.
b. Subdivision survey of Lot 1-B, (LRA) Psd-E2021015310, with an area of 3,500 sq.m., located in Belen, Calabanga.
c. Subdivision survey of Lot A, LRC Psd-47295, CCC Campus, Belen, Calabanga, Camarines Sur.
d. Relocation survey of Lot 861, 14644 and Lot 888 located at San Roque, Calabanga, Gacer Properties.
e. Relocation and subdivision survey of Lot 5286 and 6570, Slaughterhouse Site, Brgy. San Lucas, Calabanga.
