2. Lot Data computations, original and duplicate copy.
3. Traverse computation, original and duplicate copy
4. Field notes with cover
5. Monument recovery report
6. CARP Survey Profile
7. GE-MARO-PARO Certification
8. Transmittal of Survey Returns
Note: 1. Survey Plans and other related documents are to be signed by the engineer of the contractor
2. Survey materials including monuments are to be provided by contractor
3. Given areas of lots to be survey are to be completed within a period satted in the TOR
4. Payment shall be made in accordance with the provisions provided for in the contract for Land Survey
5. The survey equipment shall be provided by the Contractor
