The Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD), through Corporate Operating Budget for the Contract approved by the Governing Boards for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of PESOS: TWELVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE and 90/100 (PhP 12,273,439.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Survey Services for the Inventory of Septic Tanks, Geomapping and Profiling of MCWD Connected Households and Establishments in Cebu City and Mandaue City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
