PROJECT TITLE: SURVEY SERVICE-RELOCATION SUBDIVISION SURVEY OF PROPERTY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF NARRA, PALAWAN APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: PHP 588,000.00 WITH CALENDAR DAYS TO COMPLETE: 30 CALENDAR DAYS

Scope of Work:
1. Computation the Technical Description of each of the lots using Land Design Program.
2. If the Technical Description does not give the allowable errors and polygon does not close, the consultation shall make research with the record of the Land Management Bureau, DENR.
3. Run tertiary traverse control following approximately the boundary of the said lots.
4. Make side shots on all corner points of the property that are present on the ground.
5. All missing points will be relocated and marked on the ground for consolidated PS concrete.
6. Subdivide the area into 98 lots.
7. Execute the subdivision survey and marked on the ground by PS Concrete Monuments.
8. TARGET STARTING DATE: 7 DAYS FROM NOTICE TO PROCEED
