Description : 1. In view of the of the two (2) failed biddings, the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) invites consultants to participate in the negotiation for the Survey Firm for Tracer Study of 4Ps Beneficiaries on 13 November 2025 at 1:30P.M. via teleconferencing, the link may be requested through email address procurement@pids.gov.ph;

2. The PIDS intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (PhP13,890,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the aforesaid project with the Terms of Reference hereof;

3. The negotiations shall be restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or
privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to R.A. 5183;
