1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php 75,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Support to Social Development Center (SDC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
