The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration - Regional Welfare Office 3 (OWWA-RWO3), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested and eligible service providers to submit a quotation for the:

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is: ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR AND 35/100 (Php1,826,824.35), Inclusive of all taxes, statutory contributions, insurance, administrative fees, and other lawful charges.
Procurement shall be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Section 53.9) of the Revised IRR of RA 9184, as amended by RA 12009.
Quotations exceeding the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
