Description : 1. The Eligible Bidder shall be responsible for having taken steps to examine all of the bid documents carefully and also have acknowledged all conditions, local or otherwise, affecting the carrying out of the contract work, and have arrived at an estimate of the facilities available and needed for the project. Failure to do so shall be at the Eligible Bidder-s risk.

2. It shall be the responsibility of the Eligible Bidder to determine and to satisfy himself by such means as he considers necessary or desirable as to all matters of the project including the location and the nature of the work, climactic conditions, the nature and condition of the terrain. Geological conditions at the site, transportation and communication facilities, the requirements and availability of materials, labor, water, electric power, and road, the location and extent of aggregate source, and other factors that may affect the cost, duration, and execution of the work, the prospective bidder by the act of submitting his bid, acknowledges that he has inspected the site and determined the general characteristics of the project and the condition indicated above.
