1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 LGDF-General Fund (PENRO, PR No. 2081-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of P 2,135,400.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Seedlings - IB No. G-208-25 (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for Supply/Delivery of Seedlings - IB No. G-208-25 (1st opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days after receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, for the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
