Supply/Delivery of P.E. Pipes (rebid: item nos. 1-5)
1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the 8919-16 CY 2025 LGDF-General Fund Water Resource Development Program 5-02-99-080 Donations (PPDO, PR No. 1344-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of Php. 849,528.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of P.E. Pipes (rebid: item nos. 1-5)- IB No. G-127-25 (2nd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 20 calendar days. Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity.
Notes:
*The Supplier shall notify the PGSO a day before the actual delivery.
