1.The Municipality of Palo, through the Calamity Fund approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P7,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of One (1) Unit Mass Transport Vehicle and One (1) Unit Mini Bus for the Municipality of Palo, Leyte with PR No. 25-08-724. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipality of Palo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days.
