EARLY PROCUREMENT (3RD OPENING)
Supply/Delivery of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies

1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 LGDF-General Fund (PHO-Technical) intends to apply the sum of Php. 299,990.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies - IB No. G-029-25 (3rd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days from receipt of P.O. Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity.
