1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 LDRRMF - 70% Disaster Preparedness-Supplemental Budget No. 2 (PDRRMO, PR No. 1992-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of P 382,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Handheld Radio, Metal Wire Punch and Binding Machine, Uninterruptible Power Supply and Paper Trimmer - IB No. G-205-25 (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
