1.The Municipality of Palo, through the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P4,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Fully Automated Hematology Analyzer and Chemistry Analyzer for the One-stop Health Shop of the Municipality of Palo, Leyte with PR No. 25-04-392. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
