INVITATION TO BID FOR: Supply/Delivery of Emergency Dispatch and Response System with Integrated Automatic Vehicle Locator System

1. The City Government of Toledo under the TF - Trust Liabilities, DRRMF 70% Preparedness DRRM Comm./Other PPE 2024-WFP CY 2022 - has appropriated the sum of TEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,600,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply/Delivery of Emergency Dispatch and Response System with Integrated Automatic Vehicle Locator System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of (180) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 9184),...
