Supply/Delivery of Diesoline (rebid: item nos. 1, 4, 9)

1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 - 20% Development Fund (PEO-Maintenance, PR No. 0768-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of Php. 1,752,725.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Diesoline (rebid: item nos. 1, 4, 9) - IB No. G-105-25 (5th opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the following:
